| Need support during business hours? The standard business hours support provides you with access to a TAS consultant between 8 am and 6 pm business days with a guaranteed response time of 4 hours. Standard support leverages a monthly retainer with a minimum initial period of 12 months, unlimited support calls at 5x10x4 hr response SLA resolution activities charged at time and materials. The SLA covers Monday – Friday excluding public holidays from 8am to 6 pm. Problem resolution rates at business hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm) and after hours. |
